How are artwork images displayed on the site?

We chose to display all the artwork in the portfolio from newest to oldest – we hope this gives a more complete view of Linda’s creative process & progress over the years.

Can I download your images from this site?

We appreciate your inquiry, however no images may be downloaded without the express written permission of Linda Pirri Fine Art & Publishing. All images in this site are copyright protected – thank you for understanding the importance of the artist protecting their intellectual property.

Is my artwork guaranteed?

We want you to be happy with your art purchase and offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction on your art print; however, there are no refunds on canvas giclée orders unless there is an error on our part. If you are unhappy with your art print, you may return it within thirty days and we will refund your money promptly. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

How do I order?

Giclees & Art Prints are ordered directly through this website. For originals, either call us at (949) 813-8657 or send us an e-mail through our Contact Us page on this website. Please note: it is our policy that we will not transfer or sell any customer’s information under any circumstances.

What types of payment are accepted?

For art purchased through this website, we use PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to order). Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For original art or special orders, we will invoice you directly through PayPal or you may pay by personal check.

What are the shipping costs?

Art Print / Giclee shipping prices are to anywhere in the continental U.S. :

For Orders Up to $99 – $25
$99.01 To $194 = $35
$195 To $294 = $45
$295 To $394 = $55
$395 To $594 = $65
$595 To $1050 = $75

For orders over $1050, originals or orders to Hawaii or countries other than the USA: please call us for shipping rates.

How much is sales tax?

Sales tax is only applicable if we are shipping to a location within Hawaii. Sales tax will compute as you check out.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submittal of order. Please notify us by e-mail or phone.

Would Linda create an original painting for me?

Linda has done numerous commissions and will be happy to discuss creating an original silk painting for you. Please call or e-mail using our contact page.

What else can you tell me about my original painting?

Originals are shipped pre-stretched using acid free materials and are ready for framing. We recommend using UV glass or UV plexiglas to protect your painting from the elements. For the best available protection, we recommend TruVue A/R Glass or Museum Glass – it is available in sizes up to 40″ X 60″. Always avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight when considering the location of your original painting.

How do you recommend that I frame Linda’s art?

We are  happy to assist with framing recommendations about what we feel will look best for your particular art. We no longer frame for our clients since we are now located in Hawaii. If you live in southern California or Arizona, we can possibly recommend a framer in your area.

Is my artwork insured when it is shipped?

All artwork will be insured up to $100.00. Any additional charges required to insure beyond that amount can be added prior to shipping your art – please call us for more information.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

In the continental U.S., unframed art will generally take between 2-3 weeks from time of order to time of delivery. Art prints and giclees are normally sent by USPS Priority Mail. We will send by FedEx on request, however shipping charges may be higher.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the event that your art arrives damaged, take photos and please contact us immediately. Please do not throw away any packaging material. We will take steps to ensure you get the art you ordered promptly.

Do you have gift certificates available?

Gifts certificates are available for any amount- please call or e-mail us using our contact page.
